Interested in coaching? You’re in the right place! Puerto Rico NFL Flag is always looking for energetic and supportive volunteer coaches to guide young athletes in a safe and enjoyable environment while teaching them the fundamentals of the game.
Coaching youth sports is an incredibly rewarding experience. The connection between a coach and their players creates memories and lessons that last a lifetime.
No coaching experience? No problem! As a volunteer coach, you’ll receive all the tools and support you need to succeed.
To join our coaching team, you’ll need to meet a few requirements:
- Pass a background check (mandatory for all coaches).
- Complete certification for concussion awareness and sexual abuse prevention.
- Attend a virtual coaches meeting (required for all coaches).
- Commit to attending all practices and games throughout the season.
