Age Divisions
Age cutoffs are in line with the calendar year. Players can only play in one age division and can only be listed on ONE roster

10 and under
Born in 2014, 2015 or 2016

12 and under
Born in 2012, 2013 or 2014

14 and under
Born in 2010, 2011 or 2012

16 and under
Born in 2008, 2009 or 2010

Team Guidelines
Teams can be a maximum of 10 players and 3 coaches and a minimum of 7 players.
In U10 & U12 co-ed competition teams must include minimum of 2 players of the opposite sex other than the 8 players on a roster. (i.e.2 female/8 males OR 2 male/8 females)
A minimum of 1 player of the opposite sex than the other 4 players must be on the field at all times. (i.e.1 female/4 males OR 1 male/4 females).

Team Selection
Each country can only enter one team.
No All-Star or National teams are permitted. All teams must qualify for the Pro Bowl
Championships as a club or school in their National Finals.
Once a team qualifies the entire roster is final and edits may not be made.
A clear and fair qualification pathway must be demonstrated for a team to be entered.
A minimum of 1 tournament, or 4 league games must be played for a team to qualify.
